ABOUT

About Me

Technologist, language enthusiast, student private pilot, and lifelong learner.

I'm Aaron Drysdale, a father of four girls, and someone with a real passion for learning. I'm an engineer at heart - I love learning how to use new technology to make my life more useful. And ... just ... why not? I tinker with Home Assistant and implement home automation; I write software for the love of it; and I enjoy picking up a soldering iron to build real-world useful devices.

Outside of technology I'm passionate about learning Spanish, traveling (I want to visit every country in Latin America eventually), studying for my private pilot license, and whatever else catches my attention. My family acuse me of jumping from one interest to another, but I just love learning! If you want to discuss anything I've written about, feel free to contact me on LinkedIn.
